About Us

Altamira Training Academy is an independent educational institution located in Mile End, East London. Since our formation in 2015 we have striven to develop a friendly and supportive environment for our learners to excel and progress.

Our staff came together from professional backgrounds in educational consultancy and business management to create their shared vision for Altamira Training Academy. Altamira provides forward-thinking courses that challenge and encourage its learners to develop themselves and their skills.

Our focus is on students, with small class sizes and all the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Our team of teachers and guidance officers are highly experienced in teaching and training as a result of their careers in the professional education sector.

We offer educational opportunities for people of all backgrounds and educations under Adult Education Budget (AEB), 24+ Loan Programmes, Apprenticeships programmes and Teaching and Assessing qualifications. Our extensive range of affordable courses covers Preparation for Employment, ESOL, Business Administration, Health and Social Care, Childcare, Team Leading, Customer Service, Beauty Therapy, Teaching, and Assessing.

All our courses are professionally accredited through Gateway Qualifications, Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), BTEC Pearson, Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT), Training Qualifications UK (TQUK), and ABC Awards.
