As a Sales Administrator, the candidate will provide support in relation to the customer queries of the college, both service and sales related.
Entry requirements of this job:
Though there are no minimum academic requirements, but candidates with bachelors or equivalent qualifications will be preferred. Further training will be provided on-the-job.
Tasks required by this job include:
• provides information to customers on services and fees;
• fields telephone enquiries from prospective students on behalf of the sales team;
• prepares service sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
• handles all student complaints about the service or forwards them to relevant member of team to take necessary actions;
• carries out general clerical duties in connection with providing service to the students.
